About Us
Devin Tierney
Born and raised on PEI, Devin grew up building forts and treehouses along the edges of St. Peters Bay and Fortune river, spending his cottage days practicing his future trade. Devin attended Holland College in 2006 and has worked worldwide since, in places such as Nunavut, Ireland, Ontario and New Brunswick. All through his journeys, while grateful for the amazing experiences and opportunities to learn, Devin knew the red shores of home were where he wanted to grow his own business and family. Compass Construction is the fruit of his hard labour and studies. As a Red Seal carpenter, Devin is thrilled to share his skills across PEI. His passion for building and the act of creating beautiful, functional space for people is reflected in the quality of his work.

Red Seal is the highest career designation. Devin received his Red Seal in carpentry after challenging the exam in 2010.
